Open top fermenters and minimal handling are all part of the process that create this soft, approachable yet imminently cellarable Shiraz from the Great Western sub-region. Well known for producing Shiraz of the utmost elegance and structure, this example has around 4% Viognier which lifts the aromatics and elegance of the wine which makes for a long flowing flavoured wine
