Leigh's Mushroom and Le Grampian Chardonnay Pate

This smooth and delectable pate is perfect to serve with crackers or fresh ciabatta and of course, Le Grampian Chardonnay.

INGREDIENTS

1 Sliced Onion Red

2 tblsp of Olive Oil

250gms of Sliced Flat mushroom with age is even better

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Cup of 2019 LE Grampian Chardonnay

200 gm of shredded cheese

100gm of Walnuts

METHOD

Combine onion and mushrooms in oil with Garlic and reduce and then add Chardonnay and reduce more and simmer for the next 1/2 hr.

Sprinkle the Cheese over the top of Mushroom and switch off heat and allow to cool. Once cool place in Fridge for 2 hours at least.

On the day you want to make the pate, place all contents in the Blender, add Salt to taste, add some Soy to colour (go easy) Pepper and Blend for 2-5 mins.

Place contents into presentable cups.

You are ready to go… flavoursome and doesn't fill you up!
